Bristow is stuck in the 80's more than Sol0 is. Bristow's the sort of bloke if you met him in a boozer you would be thinking to yourself 'what a a fucking idiot this bloke is' within 2 minutes..

My cousin did it twenty years ago in Plaistow. Still inside as he won't show remorse. They've locked him up and thrown away the key

I've never understood why more elderly child abusers aren't murdered by their victims. It's like a free pass for a murder. Who'd pass that up?

Also "when I said poofs I meant paedos" is the best worst defense of statement in human history.

Biristow, is and always will be, the archetypal Chelsea supporting cunt.

You maybe but with my 12 followers it would only be a matter of time before it snowballed into a twitter storm that would decimate everything that stood before it.

I'm giving him no credit at all Jack, it was a monumentally stupid thing to put on the internet for someone in his position.

Me and you could probably get away with it, as could he if he was down the boozer with his mates.

I think you're giving Bristow a bit too much credit there.

Both Bristow and Fry made extremely ill judged comments and both have hopefully learnt a lesson.

Re: Crafty Cockney
Jack, I've read those tweets as a very, very stupid attempt to use the current scandal to have a light-hearted dig at football for not being a "real mans" sport, rather than an attack on the victims.

Obviously different people interpret things different ways and that's up to them.

What Stephen Fry said was very deliberate and specific and is doing everything that Bristow is being accused of.

Not one to take part in the Offended Olympics but I know which one I see as worse, yet Fry kept his job and hasn't really lost any sort of standing, yet Bristow's career is probably good as over.

I wasn't aware abuse victims were self pitying , so not really sure what fry on about.
He's s clever man fry but he has his demons too so maybe he said that from a dark place.

'As I said it's very 'brave' of him to say these things over a twitter but would he say them face to face? Of course he wouldn't.'

Well, he has basically said it to the whole world, next to a picture of himself in full view, supping on a pint.

I don't agree with what he's said, but this outrage is fucking pathetic. Stephen Fry said worse, buts he's WELL clever, so he must have had a point.
